 Returns policy:

​How to return your product if you bought it from a store?  Please contact the retailer you purchased it from, they will be able to process your return for you. In this instance we regret we cannot help because your contract of sale is directly with the retailer.

How to return your product if you bought it directly from biOrbNZ.

​If you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, you can return that product to us within a reasonable timeframe in a re-saleable condition since purchased and we will happily replace, repair within a reasonable timeframe or refund the original purchase price of that product provided the product and packaging is in its original condition and is re-saleable.

​Please email us to let us know you’re sending something back. We’ll get back to you as quickly as we can. Our office is open Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm, excluding national holidays.

  Then repack your product in the original packaging materials used to ship it to you (you may have to supply additional packing materials if original packing was damaged in transit). Be sure to use a service that provides insurance and a tracking number to cover the package in case it is lost.
​You can return your product within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit (with the exception of special sale items).
All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals and proof of purchase documentation that shipped with the product. Unfortunately, returns without these items cannot be processed.
Important note We recommend that you use a delivery company that offers parcel tracking and insure your package so that you are completely protected if the item is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to do this you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Delivery charges
We'll refund any delivery charges you've paid (if any,  provided you return the full order (NZ orders only).) however you shall be responsible for costs of the return postal charges. If your item/s are faulty we can discuss paying for your return posatge.
What if I live outside the NZ? At this time we do not cover the cost of returning items from outside New Zealand.
